Features
A long-established jazz live bar. The owner is jazz bassist Hiroyoshi Inoue. The bar is named after Charles Mingus. It has 11 counter seats (3 spare seats), no private rooms, and smoking is permitted throughout. Vintage audio equipment is used, including JBL speakers from the Hartsfield era and McIntosh tube amplifiers. Monthly jazz live performances are held. Service charge/cover charge is 4,000 yen. Credit cards are not accepted (cash only).
