This is a multi-purpose cultural facility operated by Kurashiki City. It features a 1,979-seat hall (including 5 seats for wheelchair users), conference rooms, exhibition rooms, and practice rooms, and is used for a variety of purposes including concerts, plays, dance performances, and lectures. General users can reserve the facilities through a "Facility Use Application Lottery."

🎸 Beginner's Guide
- Day-of essentials: instrument cable, drumsticks, change of clothes

- Ticket quota (noruma): discussed at booking — typical 10–20 tickets at ¥2,000–3,500

Facility use is by application through a "Facility Use Application Lottery" (held monthly). From September 2026, the system will be migrated to the Kurashiki City Public Facilities Reservation System.
