The "Steamer Hall," a music hall run by Mr. Ueno, a piano tuner in the Kyoto-Shiga region, houses a Steinway piano on the first floor and a Bösendorfer Imperial and an 1856 Pleyel piano in the second-floor hall. It is available for public rental by the hour.

Features
The second-floor hall (capacity 100-120 people) and the first-floor entrance are available for hourly rental. Piano usage fees are separate (Bösendorfer 290: 11,000 yen, NY Steinway O: 6,600 yen, etc.). Recording, PA, and filming are also possible upon consultation. Tuning fees are separate for recordings and paid events.

🎸 Beginner's Guide

Discounted rates are available for use during rehearsals and practice sessions without an audience (2nd floor hall: 6,600 yen per hour on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00). Dressing room usage fee: 6,600 yen per session, air conditioning/heating fee: 880 yen per hour.
