Opening Hours: Civic Hall: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Closing time is the same as the library on days when the facility is not in use after 5:00 PM)

🎸 Beginner's Guide
Reservations can be made in person or by phone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed every Tuesday and during the New Year holidays). If you make a reservation by phone, please submit the application form as soon as possible. Also, from April 2022, you can now make a provisional reservation through the Arita City Public Facilities Reservation Management System.
