Access & Map
Get off at Biwako-Hamaotsu Station on the Keihan Railway, proceed towards Lake Biwa through the ticket gate, and take the elevator from the entrance of the Hamaotsu Public Parking Lot to the 6th or 7th floor. It is about a 15-minute walk from JR Otsu Station.

7th floor: Studio 1 (capacity 122 people, 254 sq m, small hall size, sound and lighting equipment, screen, upright piano - fee applies), Studio 2 (capacity 100 people, 150 sq m, wooden flooring), Practice Room 1 (capacity 8 people, 32 sq m, suitable for bands/ensembles, guitar amp/bass amp/drum set - fee applies), Practice Room 2 (capacity 15 people), Practice Room 3 (capacity 5 people, suitable for band practice/individual practice, amp/drum set - fee applies), Practice Room 4 (capacity 20 people). Microphones, recorders, and other equipment are available for free rental.

🎸 Beginner's Guide
Individuals and groups can register to use the facility. Even unspecified groups (such as clubs and organizations) without specific rules or regulations are eligible to use it. For applications submitted for use in the following month or later, the maximum usage time is 20 hours per month per group (or individual).
