table of contents
1. Conclusion first: No registration required if you only want to view; register if you plan to use it extensively.
Many apps and websites for finding band members require you to create an account before you can open them. Many people hesitate to enter their email address and would prefer to see the content first before deciding. This raises the question: "Can I use Membo without registering?"
To get straight to the point, Membo has a "guest mode" that allows you to browse the screen without registering. You can perform "viewing" operations such as reading the list and details of job postings and narrowing down your search criteria, even as a guest. On the other hand, "engaging" operations such as posting job postings, sending messages, and adding to favorites require registration (or login).
This article outlines what guests can and cannot do, following the names displayed on the screen. It also covers registration methods, costs, and the process of transitioning from guest to registered user. The article is structured to encourage readers to first examine their guest status before deciding whether to continue using the service.
First, here is a quick reference guide for the whole group.
| Things I want to do | As a guest | Registration and login are required. |
|---|---|---|
| View/Filter the list of job postings | can | — |
| View details of the recruitment | can | — |
| Open the original page of the recruitment post collected from other sites. | can | — |
| View the nationwide studio and live music venue search page. | can | — |
| Post a job opening | I can't | need |
| Send a message to the post | I can't | need |
| Add to favorites / Bookmark | I can't | need |
| Open the poster's profile | I can't | need |
| I have my own profile (My Page) | I can't | need |
This table summarizes what we've learned by reading and examining the app's screen layout. We'll look at the contents in order starting in the next chapter.
2. What is guest mode?
Guest mode allows you to browse the Membo website without creating an account or logging in. On the registration/login screen, there's a button labeled "Browse only without registering (Guest Mode)."
You can tell if you're in guest mode by looking at the top of the home screen. The bar at the top of the home screen will display "Guest Mode," with login icons lined up nearby. The "Guest Mode" text remains in English and won't change even if you switch languages.
When you are in guest mode, a "guest mode" indicator is saved on the device. It's like a common entry stamp for guests, and it's the same for everyone using the device as a guest. It's not your personal information and is not linked to your email address or name. You will never be asked to enter your email address or name.
Guest mode is not a feature under development; it is enabled in publicly available apps. The same information is also available on the homepage and help page. The description from the help page will be quoted in a later chapter.
3. How to enter guest mode
There are two ways to enter guest mode, as far as I've been able to confirm.
The first method is to enter using a button. On the registration/login selection screen, you'll find "Register with email address," "Login if already registered," and then "Register/Login with Google," "Register/Login with Facebook," and "Register/Login with Apple," with "View only without registering (Guest Mode)" at the very bottom. Pressing this button will save a "Guest Authentication Method" stamp and a common guest entry stamp to your device's browser (or app) storage area. After that, if a language hasn't been selected yet, you'll proceed to the language selection screen; if a language has been selected, you'll proceed to the home screen.
The second feature is its automatic login mechanism. Every time the app is launched, it checks if the user is already logged in. If the login indicator is not found or cannot be confirmed, there is a mechanism to display the main screen in guest mode without the user having to press any buttons. Users who are already logged in will open the screen in their logged-in state.
There's an important point to note here. If you've selected a language but aren't logged in, there's another process where you'll be presented with a registration/login option. Because these two processes overlap, this article doesn't verify which screen appears first when you open it for the first time (language selection, registration/login option, or straight to the home screen). It may vary depending on your device's state and past usage. For this reason, we've decided not to write that "there's a guest button on the first screen." If you see a "Browse only without registering (guest mode)" button on the screen, that's the entry point.
This article does not verify how the guest status is handled when switching browsers or devices. Please assume you will need to log in again when opening the page on a different device.
You can access the app by opening the Membo app page in your browser. Instructions on how to add it to your home screen and use it like an app are explained on the app usage page .
4. Things you can see as a guest
Screens that can be viewed by guests are organized by footer and menu names. Screens that do not require login can be opened by guests.
| Screen and functions | Treatment as a guest |
|---|---|
| "Member Recruitment" (footer) | You can view, filter, and search results. You can also open detailed information. |
| Recruitment details | You can read them. For job postings gathered from other sites, a "Go to posting site" button will appear. |
| "Search for information" (footer) | Search and filter functions are available. Only the "Favorites" checkbox is not displayed. |
| Home page recruitment slider | It can be viewed. Only the bookmarks inside require login. |
| "Latest News" (Menu) | Can be seen |
| "Nationwide Studio Search" "Nationwide Live House Search" (Menu) | It is viewable. It connects to a public page that does not require login. |
| Settings: "Language Settings", "Theme Settings", "Privacy Policy", "Help & Support" | open |
| Web pages such as landing pages, blogs, and help pages | Viewable without logging in |
Some functions on the home screen are inaccessible to guests. For example, "Record and Share Activities" ("My Page" is located in the footer and menu). These will be covered in a later section titled "List of Operations Requiring Login."
5. The "Member Recruitment" screen can be read by guests as well.
The heart of Membo is the "Member Recruitment" screen. Opening "Member Recruitment" in the footer will display a list of recruitment opportunities. This list is accessible even to guests.
There is no login requirement to filter the list. We have confirmed that the following operations can be performed while remaining a guest:
- Switch the source to display (All / Mention)
- Switching between "We are recruiting" and "I want to participate"
- Search filters (narrow down results by specifying conditions)
Detailed instructions on how to find band member recruitment are summarized in the first article of this series, "How to Find Band Member Recruitment ." You can continue reading as a guest if you want to know how to combine filtering criteria or how recruitments gathered from other recruitment sites are displayed.
Selecting an item from the list will open its details in a slideshow. Reading these details is fine even as a guest. However, the following actions within the details cannot be performed as a guest.
- Bookmarks, star ratings
- "Message to post" "Message" button
- Click on the poster's name or icon to open their profile.
In other words, you can read the job description and decide whether it's a good fit for you without registering. Registration is only necessary when you decide you want to contact the person.
When reading a job posting, looking at these six points will help you decide whether or not to contact them: the part they are looking for, the musical direction, the area they operate in, the frequency and time of their activities, the type of person and experience they are looking for, and how they will contact you. Not all job postings include all of these. Items that are not written will be things you will need to confirm after you contact them, so remembering "what is not written" will help you decide what to ask in your message. I have written more details on how to read job postings in the article on how to read job postings . If you feel like checking out the poster's profile, that is one indicator that you should register.
6. For job postings collected from other sites, please return to the original page.
The Membo list includes not only job postings directly on Membo , but also postings gathered from other job sites. Opening the details of the latter will display a "Go to posting site" button. This button is available even to guests. Since there is no login requirement, you can open the original job page on an external site.
This system is ideal for users who simply want to search for job postings without registering. You can narrow down your search using Membo 's list, and if you find a posting that interests you, you can open the original page via "Go to posting site" to read the details. Whether or not you contact the person after that depends on the procedures of the site that posted the job.
There is one important point to note. The application process, contact information handling, and whether an account is required vary from site to site. This article does not explain the procedures for external sites. Please follow the instructions written on the original job posting page. The original job posting page opened by clicking "Go to posting site" is a page outside of Membo . Please check the original page for the job requirements and whether the date is outdated. The Membo list is merely a compilation for easier searching.
The reasons why job postings from other sites and Membo 's postings are displayed together, and how to distinguish them, are explained in the article on how to search and on the member recruitment information page .
How much can other member recruitment sites be used without registration?
The scope of guest access varies from site to site. This list only includes sites where the requirement for registration was clearly stated on their official pages (as of October 2026).
| site | Things I was able to confirm on the official page |
|---|---|
| OURSOUNDS | The support page 's section, "Is registration required?", states: "You can search for articles and members without registering, but you will need to register to post articles or send messages." |
| Jimoty | The help section for non-member users states , "You can make inquiries about posts in categories other than 'For Sale/Giveaway,' 'Member Recruitment,' 'Adoption,' and 'Mutual Aid' without registering as a member." |
This sentence on Jimoty excludes "Member Recruitment" from the categories that can be inquired about without registering as a member. This page does not indicate that you can inquire about member recruitment posts without being a member.
In both cases, I only read the text on the official website and did not actually verify the information by operating the site without registering. I haven't included other sites because I couldn't find an official page stating whether registration was required. I'm not saying that registration is required or not for the sites I haven't included. Site specifications can change, so please check the latest page on each site before using it.
7. The "Find Information" menu and settings screen.
The "Find Information" link in the footer is also available to guests. There are no restrictions on searching and filtering; the filtering operations work as usual. There is one exception: the "Favorites" checkbox in the "Type" panel of the filter is not displayed for guests. This is because favorites is a feature that requires login.
The hamburger menu has the same items as the footer, plus "Settings" and the following three options:
- "Latest Announcements": Read announcements from the management.
- "Nationwide Studio Search": A page for finding studios across Japan.
- "Nationwide Live House Search": A page for finding live music venues across Japan.
The last two links lead to public pages that do not require login. For example, the nationwide studio search page and the nationwide live music venue search page can be viewed directly from your browser without opening the Membo app. For detailed instructions on how to find studios and live music venues, please refer to the article on how to find studios and live music venues nationwide .
In the settings screen, "Language Settings," "Theme Settings," "Privacy Policy," and "Help & Support" are accessible even as a guest. The supported languages are Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. However, clicking on "Notification Settings" will require you to log in.
8. How does the guest display change when the language is switched?
Membo is available in five languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. The wording on the guest mode button is also customized for each language.
| language | Display of guest mode buttons |
|---|---|
| Japanese | View only without registration (Guest Mode) |
| English | Browse only without registration (Guest Mode) |
| Simplified Chinese | No need to pay attention to demand (customer model) |
| Chinese (Traditional) | Limited number of visitors (visitor model) |
| Korean | I want to know (I want to know) |
The "Guest Mode" display at the top of the home screen remains in English regardless of the language you're using. Since it doesn't change even when you switch languages, it's useful to remember it as an indicator that you're in guest mode.
Guest mode can be used by people who don't understand Japanese or who find it easier to read in a foreign language. You can switch languages in the "Language Settings" section of the settings menu. As explained in the article on how to find job postings, if a translation is available, the translation will be displayed; otherwise, the original text will remain.
9. A list of operations that require login and the differences between them and the logged-in state.
From here on, these operations are not available to guests. The list is as indicated by the screen names. The rightmost column shows how these operations are handled when logged in, based on what can be gleaned from the app's design.
The login prompting mechanism has two layers. One is to create a pre-defined list of actions that prompt guests to log in when pressed. When an action on this list is pressed, a confirmation dialog appears. The other is to individually verify whether the user is a guest on each screen, even if the action is not on the list. Examples of this include the poster's profile and saved search criteria.
| # | screen | Operations that require login when you are a guest | When logged in |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Footer menu | Open "My Page" | open |
| 2 | Footer Menu Home | Open "Record and share activities" | open |
| 3 | "Recruiting members" | The "Create Post" button and the pencil icon in the top bar (to create a recruitment post) | You can create a job posting. |
| 4 | "Recruiting members" | Filter "Favorites" button | Pressable |
| 5 | List of job openings | Favorite icons for each recruitment | Pressable |
| 6 | Recruitment details | Bookmarks, star ratings | Pressable |
| 7 | Recruitment details | "Message to post" "Message" button | You can send messages |
| 8 | Recruitment details and more | Click on the poster's name or icon to open their profile. | open |
| 9 | search | "Saved search criteria" (star button), Save search criteria | open |
| 10 | setting | "Notification settings" | open |
This table overlaps with what was covered in the previous article. Information about favorites was covered in Chapter 11 of the article on how to use favorites , and the operation of opening a profile was covered in the article on how to create a profile . This table simply combines that information.
Guests will also be prompted to log in to use bookmarks on the home screen slider, favorites in the follower list, and user profiles. The 10 items listed in the table are a selection of the main ones and do not cover all operations that guests cannot use.
They all share a common principle: saving someone's data, contacting someone, and having your own information. In other words, any action linked to an account is subject to registration.
When logged in, the "Favorites" checkbox under "Find Information," which was not displayed when logged in as a guest, will appear. Also, the "Guest Mode" display at the top of the home screen only appears when logged in as a guest. This display disappears when you cancel guest status by pressing "Register/Login" in the dialog box. Once guest status is canceled, the "Login Required" confirmation will no longer appear.
However, the screen displayed immediately after registration has not been verified on an actual device in this article. If the display remains the same, please try reopening the app.
Instructions for using each function are written in other articles in this series. For favorites, see the article on how to use favorites ; for profiles, see the article on how to create a profile . For information on messaging, please refer to the help page .
10. What will appear when you press it?
When you click on an action that requires login, a confirmation dialog will appear on the screen. The message displayed is as follows:
| portion | display |
|---|---|
| Headline | Login is required. |
| Main text | Registration or login is required to use this feature. |
| button | "Register/Login" and "Cancel" |
If you press "Cancel," the dialog box will close and you will remain on the current screen. The guest status will also remain the same.
Clicking "Register/Login" will remove your guest status and take you to the registration/login selection screen. Here, you can either register or log in if you already have an account.
The same dialog box appears when you click "Notification Settings" in the settings menu.
There is another way to stop being a guest. It's the login icon at the top of the home screen, near the "Guest Mode" display. Tapping this will take you directly to the registration/login selection screen. Note that I could not find a button specifically named "Stop being a guest." This is also a different action from logging out.
11. Things that are not displayed quietly / Situations where guests may easily get lost
There's also a feature that doesn't display a login prompt dialog and remains silent when you're a guest. It's easy to miss, so knowing about it beforehand will prevent confusion.
- Report button for recruitment details : Not displayed when you are a guest.
- Checking favorite status : The listing details do not check if you have added the listing to your favorites if you are a guest.
For example, bookmarks for job posting details remain in the "not bookmarked" state when you are a guest. In addition, features such as checking and notifying unread messages, and managing two-factor authentication, do not start working when you are a guest. These are internal processes that are difficult to discern from the screen.
The settings for receiving notifications are summarized on the page explaining how to use push notifications . These settings can be accessed after registering an account.
When using it as a guest, there are times when you might wonder, "Hmm, what's going on here?" This guide will organize some of the most confusing situations, based on what can be gleaned from the on-screen behavior.
| A situation where you are unsure | Possible | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Login required" appeared. | I pressed an action that guests cannot press. | If you want to register, click "Register/Login"; if not, click "Cancel". |
| I can't find the "Favorites" checkbox in "Search for Information". | It doesn't show up when you're a guest. | This will be displayed when you are logged in. |
| I can't find a report button in the job posting details. | Not displayed when you are a guest | Please check while logged in. |
| When I pressed "Notification Settings," a dialog box appeared. | Notification settings cannot be accessed by guests. | After registering, configure your settings by referring to the page on how to use notifications. |
| Clicking on the poster's name doesn't open their profile. | Guests cannot open profiles. | You will be prompted to log in, so choose whether or not to register. |
| "Guest Mode" is displayed at the top of the home screen. | Current guest status | You can browse around as is. If you want to register, click the login icon next to it. |
| A message appeared in the app's browser when I clicked the Google or Facebook button. | Login methods that cannot be used in the in-app browser | As instructed in the message, reopen the page in Safari or Chrome. |
In all of these situations, you didn't make a mistake in your operation. That's how the system is designed to behave when you're in guest mode. If you're unsure, first check if "Guest Mode" is displayed at the top of the screen. If it is, you are currently in guest mode.
If the problem persists, please check the frequently asked questions section in the help page . An overview of the operation can also be found in the user guide .
12. How to register: Options displayed on the screen
You can view it as a guest, and if you want to try it, you can register. The registration/login selection screen will display the following buttons:
| Displaying buttons and links | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Register with your email address | Register with your email address and password. |
| If you are already registered, please log in. | Log in if you already have an account. |
| Register/Login with Google | Proceed with your Google account |
| Register/Login with Facebook | Proceed with your Facebook account |
| Register/Login with Apple | Proceed with your Apple account (the button will be displayed). |
| View only without registration (Guest Mode) | Touring as a guest |
The registration process using an email address involves the following three steps:
- Enter your email address : Enter the same email address in both the "Email Address" and "Confirm Email Address" fields, then press "Send Verification Email".
- Enter the verification code : Enter the 6-digit code found in the email you received and press "Verify". The code has an expiration date.
- Set a password : On the "Password Settings" screen, enter your password twice. It must be between 8 and 128 characters long and can contain alphanumeric characters and common symbols. Click "Complete Setup" to finish.
On the password settings screen, there is a checkbox labeled "Receive notifications and announcements from Membo ." This box is checked by default, so please uncheck it if you do not wish to receive them before proceeding.
The Google and Facebook buttons will take you to the login screen for each service. They won't work in an in-app browser (a screen opened within another app), and you'll see the message, "This login method is not available in the in-app browser. Please open it in Safari/Chrome from the menu in the upper right or lower right corner." In that case, please reopen the page in Safari or Chrome as instructed.
The Apple button will also appear on the screen. However, this article does not verify that you can complete the registration process with Apple. The method that is guaranteed to work is registering with an email address. If you want to choose Apple, try following the on-screen instructions, and if that doesn't work, it's safest to switch to registering with an email address.
The registration process differs slightly from page to page. The help page states, "You can register with your email address, or log in with accounts such as Google and Facebook." The "Registration Procedure" on the member recruitment information page also explains how to create a free account using your email address or a Google/Facebook account. Neither page mentions Apple. The app screen offers more options, so this article lists the options displayed on the screen. The text on the information pages may be updated. If you are unsure about the registration procedure, comparing the frequently asked questions on the help page with the member recruitment information page is one option.
During the registration process, I didn't see a field to enter your name, at least not in the parts I checked. You edit your profile name and other details after registration. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the article on creating your profile .
13. Registration process: fees and information to enter
Let's summarize the registration fees and the required information.
Regarding the fees, the following is written in the FAQ section of Membo 's LP (homepage):
Basically, all features are available for free. While we plan to introduce paid plans and advertisements in the future to ensure continued operation, we do not intend to impose significant restrictions on free users.
The FAQ section on the member recruitment page also states, "Yes, Membo offers all features for free. There are no charges whatsoever for account registration, posting recruitment notices, sending and receiving messages, translated chat, etc."
Both are current announcements. The landing page also mentions plans to introduce paid plans and advertisements in the future, so this article will not say "it will always be free." Please read the current announcements as "it's free to use," and check the announcements from the management for future updates. Announcements can be found on the news page .
Based on what I've seen, the only things you need to enter for registration are the following two:
- Email address (one that can receive the verification code and is valid)
- Password (8-128 characters)
If you proceed using the Google or Facebook buttons, you will be prompted to enter your password on the respective service's screen.
I couldn't find a screen in the registration process that asks you to check a box to agree to the terms of service. However, this doesn't mean the terms of service won't apply. If you're concerned, it's best to read the terms of service and privacy policy before registering.
14. Try it as a guest, and if you like it, register.
Based on the above, here is the recommended order: It involves three steps, from "View content as a guest" to "Register and use."
The first step is to browse the list as a guest. Open Membo and look at the "Member Wanted" list. Try narrowing your search by your location and the instrument you're looking for. You'll see if you can find any openings and whether the atmosphere of the openings suits you. Registration is not required up to this point.
The second stage is reading the job postings that interest you. Open the details of the posting and read about how to participate and the part they are looking for. For postings gathered from other sites, you can also see the original page by clicking "Go to posting site". No registration is required here either.
The third stage is when you want to contact someone or keep them in your thoughts. When you want to take further action, such as sending a message, adding someone to your favorites, or posting your own job listing, that's when you should finally click "Register/Login".
The first thing you need to do after registering is to set up your profile. The first thing potential clients will see is your profile, not your job posting. I've summarized how to write a profile in the article on how to create one , and my favorite ways to use it in the article on favorites.
The reason for this order is not to rush you into registering. If you take a look and it's not right for you, you can simply leave without creating an account. That's perfectly fine. Membo is designed so that you can check out the content even as a guest.
15. Who can manage as a guest, and who should register?
Let's categorize people into those who can stay as guests and those who should register, depending on the situation.
| scene | Suitable |
|---|---|
| I want to know what kind of job openings are available and get a feel for the atmosphere. | Guests will suffice. |
| I want to find out if there are any opportunities to play my instrument in my area. | Guests will suffice. |
| I want to find a nearby studio or live music venue. | Guest (Some public pages do not require login) |
| I want to look back at the job postings that interest me later. | Register (favorites/bookmarks) |
| I want to contact the person who posted the job opening. | Registration (message) |
| I want to recruit members myself. | Register (Create a post) |
| I want to show you the instrument I play and the genres I like. | Registration (Profile) |
| I want to save the conditions and use them repeatedly. | Registered (saved search criteria) |
Those who are content as guests are at the "information gathering" stage of their search. Those who should register are at the "connecting with someone" stage. Neither is necessarily right or wrong. You can simply switch when your stage changes.
The overall process of finding band members can also be found in our complete guide to finding band members and our article on how to use social media for bands . It's important to consider multiple methods rather than relying solely on Membo .
If you're unsure whether to register or not, ask yourself these five questions. Once you have the answers, you can decide right away.
- Right now, do you want to watch or contact ? If you just want to watch, being a guest is sufficient. When you find a post you want to contact, you can proceed with registration at that point. There's no need to rush into registering when you're just watching.
- Do you have an email address that can receive a verification code ? If you register with an email address, you will receive an email containing a verification code. You need an email address that can receive emails and that you can open immediately. You can also proceed using your Google or Facebook account.
- Should I share my profile with others? Once you register, you can write your profile. Please assume that what you write will be visible to logged-in users. As mentioned in the profile article, I couldn't find any public/private settings within the scope of my research. It's safer not to include information such as your address or contact details. For more details, please see the article on how to create a profile.
- Do you want to receive notifications ? The option to receive notifications on the password settings screen is checked by default. If you don't want them, uncheck it before proceeding. You can find instructions on how to receive app notifications on the "How to use push notifications" page.
- Wouldn't it be sufficient to just go to the original site ? If you're just looking for postings on other sites, you can go back to the original page via "Go to posting site" and contact them using the procedure there. In that case, you don't need to register with Membo.
Registering with Membo is useful in situations involving "gathering, posting, and being seen," such as adding multiple postings to your favorites to review later, posting your own postings, and creating a profile for others to see. If you answered "I'm fine being a guest" to many of these five questions, you can continue as a guest.
16. The reading order of this series and things I didn't write about in this article
Series reading order
This is the fourth article in the "How to Use Membo " series. The articles were published in the order of 159, 160, and 161. For those who haven't registered yet, here's a suggested reading order.
- This article (the difference between guest and registered) : When you're unsure whether to register or not
- Article on how to search : How to view job listings, filter results, and see listings on other sites. You can read this even as a guest.
- Article on how to create a profile : What to prepare first after deciding to register
- Article on how to use your favorites : Favorites available after registration and how to use them as a guest (Chapter 11)
If you're already registered, you can read the articles in any order you like. All articles use the actual names displayed on the screen. Reading while keeping the screen open will help you find what you're looking for more easily.
Things I didn't write about in this article
Here are some things I didn't verify or deliberately omitted from this article.
- I haven't checked the order of the screens that appear when you first open the app : language selection, registration/login selection screen, or home screen.
- Screen immediately after registration : I haven't tested on an actual device whether the display and instructions switch to those for guest users immediately after registration is complete.
- Can you complete the registration process using the Apple button ? This is to confirm that the button is displayed.
- Can you complete the registration process with Google and Facebook ? This checks whether you can proceed to the login screen for each service.
- How to use maps ("Connecting by Region") : This article will not cover this topic.
- Time it takes for emails to arrive, what to do if they end up in the spam folder : Not checked.
- Number of users, percentage of guests : I haven't counted, so I won't write it down.
- Future pricing and features : I will only quote from the LP information and will not write any predictions.
Screen details may change with app updates. If you're unsure how to use the app, please refer to the help page for the most up-to-date information.
17. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I really use it without registering?
You can use it just to view posts. Membo 's help page states, "We offer a guest mode that does not require registration to view recruitment information, but you will need to register an account to use convenient features such as posting, sending messages, and the favorites function." The screen behavior we observed in this article is the same.
Q. Can I apply for the position while remaining a guest?
Sending messages within Membo requires registration. For job postings gathered from other sites, you can access the original page via "Go to posting site," but the application process will follow the rules of that site.
Q. What should I do if I want to stop being a guest?
You can either press the login icon at the top of the home screen, or press "Register/Login" in the dialog box that appears when you perform an action that requires login. Both methods will take you to the registration/login selection screen.
Q. When I'm a guest, will I be asked for my name and email address?
When you are a guest, there is no screen to enter your name or email address. A marker indicating that you are using the service as a guest is saved on your device. For information on how your personal information is handled, please follow the instructions in our privacy policy.
Q. Is it free?
The current information on the landing page and information pages states that it is free to use. The landing page also mentions plans to introduce paid plans and advertisements in the future. For more details, please read the "Registration Requirements" section of this article.
Q. Which languages can it be used in?
The five languages are Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. You can switch languages from the "Language Settings" in the settings menu, even as a guest.
Q. Can I revert to being a guest after registering?

Q. Do I need to install the app to use it?
The app's page can be opened from your browser. Instructions on how to add it to your home screen and use it like an app can be found on the app's usage page . If you want to try it without leaving a history using your browser's features, you can also refer to official guides such as Chrome Help's "Browsing in Incognito Mode."
Q. I don't want to enter my email address. Can I still use it?
You don't need an email address to just view listings; you can use it in guest mode. Registration is required if you want to contact someone or add them to your favorites. You can skip entering your email address when using the Google or Facebook buttons. Please check the instructions on each service's screen to see what information is shared between their service and Membo . For listings from other sites, you can also open the original page by clicking "Go to listing site."
Q. Can I post my own job openings while remaining a guest?
You cannot post a job opening. Clicking the "Create Post" button or the pencil icon in the top bar will bring up a "Login Required" dialog box. To post a job opening, you must register first.
Q. When watching as a guest, can other people see my actions?
This article does not verify that. Since you do not enter your name or email address as a guest, we could not confirm whether your name is displayed to others. For further information, please read the privacy policy.
